My name is Denise Fernandes and I have been a subscriber to the paper newsletters for several years. I must admit that Wendy Claypool has contacted me repeatedly about the benefits of the electronic newsletters, however I was reluctant to change due to concerns regarding the set up time, coupled with the "fear of change" we accountants sometimes have.
