How to use the Public Lockbox in Your ClientWhys Tax Accounting Website

You can utilize a Public Lockbox to share documents across your entire client base. The Public Lockbox has been developed to upload Tax Organizers or other important documents.
Login into the admin and click Lockbox. Under the client list you will see Public Lockbox at the top. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to Public Lockbox.
You can now add documents with titles and descriptions.
