How to Create Auto Campaigns in Your ClientWhys Tax Accounting Website

We have developed a feature that allows you to create and schedule an e-mail campaign. This module can be used to market to client niches, for tax planning consulting appointments, or even to cross-sell other services like wealth management. This can be a very valuable tool if used correctly. The auto campaigns would be in addition to your monthly client newsletter.

It is a two-part process to create a campaign. You can either use the ClientWhys library of pre-populated messages or create your own. You can also create your own campaign messages through the E-mail Marketing Module.

Step One - To Create Your Own Auto Campaign Message

1. Under the Newsletter link, Click Create New Message.

2. Select Auto Campaigner.

3. Edit your intro message and/or add your article.

4. Repeat this step to add multiple e-mail messages (add as many as you want, but we suggest limiting it to four).

Step Two - Creating a Campaign

Once your messages have been added, proceed to Step Two - Creating a Campaign. Under E-mail Marketing, click on Auto Campaigner.

Under E-mail Marketing, click on Auto Campaigner.

Create a new campaign. You can add as many messages as you wish and choose the delivery timeframe and schedule. The scheduler allows you to send a message to an individual, client segment or your entire database. The first e-mail message will be sent within the hour of starting your campaign.
