ClientWhys has been serving the needs of tax and accounting professionals for over 25 years, first through ImageOne (sold to Greatland in 2007) and now through ClientWhys. What started as an email newsletter product has morphed into an integrated suite of applications to help independent professionals automate marketing tasks, gain more referrals, and save time running their practices. Headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, with offices all over the US, ClientWhys' seasoned professionals possess extensive experience in technology and tax accounting.

Having managed professional service firms ourselves, we understand the challenges you face and bring a unique view to solving them. We know that getting IT help can be difficult in today's self-serve world. We bring to our clients an open door where we listen to suggestions and really consult with our clients on the best path to their success. We use the best hosting provider in Rackspace, and build all of our processes around the same commitment to being extraordinary. All backups, disaster recovery, maintenance, support, etc. is taken care of by the ClientWhys team.

Lee Reams II

Lee Reams II (CEO) is the energy behind ClientWhys. He is actively involved in product development, marketing, and website development. He prides himself at listening to clients' needs while developing first-class solutions and is known to monitor his iPhone at all hours of the day. When Lee is not busy putting his ideas to work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and daughter, Whitney. In addition, he is an active hiker, cross fitter, runner, backpacker, and loves exploring the Sierra backcountry. Linkedin

Lee Reams Sr

Lee T. Reams, Sr. (Chief Technical Officer) of ClientWhys, is known as 'Popcorn Head' with his many ideas on product development. In addition to being an expert on taxation and a leading speaker on tax-related topics, Lee has experience in managing his own 600+ client tax practice. He also moderates the ClientWhys Connect Technical Support Forum. Lee has served on numerous professional boards, including as a Board of Directors for the California Tax Education Council. Lee also served on the Board of Directors for Blackline Systems, an accounting SaaS provider, with over 70,000 users. On his off-time, Lee enjoys traveling (though usually with his laptop in tow!)

Therese Tucker (Member of the Board) Therese is the Founder and CEO of BlackLine Systems, the leading SAAS solution for finance controls and automation. Therese brings with her intimate insight to helping accountants streamline time consuming accounting tasks. She helped build BlackLine from the ground up. BackLine has grown to over 100,000 users across 1,000 global companies, with customers comprising more than 25 of the Fortune 100 and over 100 of the Fortune 500.

Before BlackLine, Therese was the Chief Technical Officer for SunGard Treasury Systems.

Lee Reams Sr

Brad Cooper (SVP of Operations, Marketing and Sales) Mr. Brad Cooper serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, Marketing and Sales at ClientWhys, Inc., a leading provider of digital marketing technology and services for tax accounting practices. Mr. Cooper is an interactive marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience at companies including Apple, Xerox and MGM Studios. Prior to ClientWhys, Mr. Cooper served as Vice President of Marketing at ReachLocal, joining that company through the acquisition of RealPractice—a leader in providing technology and services for professional services practices. Over the past two decades, Mr. Cooper and his teams have managed more than 100,000 digital marketing campaigns for practices and businesses including websites, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, mobile, reputation management and more. He also has been an active writer, speaker and contributor for professional services associations and publications. Mr. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Linkedin
