Using Your Card
Loading money onto your card: You have three primary methods of loading you card.

- Buy a MoneyPak from any GreenDot location  - Click Here
- Transfer money from your checking account  - Click Here
- Have your paycheck Direct Deposited onto your Card  - Click Here

Using your card to get money from an ATM: To use your card at an ATM, swipe your card and enter your PIN Number. You can then withdraw money from your account in multiples of $20 ($20, $40, $60, etc.) Most ATMs will charge a small convenience fee to withdraw funds.

Using your card to buy gas: You have the option of swiping your card at the pump to buy gas. However, because gas stations will usually hold up to $75 of your money for a couple of days, you should always go into the store to prepay for your gas. Using your card to buy groceries: Nearly all grocery stores allow you to pay with your card by using your PIN number. Just ask if they accept cards with the MasterCard, Maestro®, Cirrus® or Star® Acceptance Marks.

Using your card to make a purchase online: If you have upgraded your CardFlex Prepaid Card to a CardFlex Prepaid MasterCard®, you can make purchases online. Just choose MasterCard® as the card type and enter your card number and billing information when you pay. To prevent online fraud, most sites will ask you for a CVV2 code; this is the three digit number you see next to the signature panel on the back of the card.

Using your card to pay bills: You can use your card to pay your bills automatically. There are two ways to do this once you have signed up for CardFlex Bill Pay. You can sign on to your account at www.flex1.com and manage your bills or you can call customer service to setup a payment. If you can, you should always manage your bill payments online though, because there is an extra charge each time you use the phone bill pay system.
